Human Resource Coordinator (1)

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the HR function for over 200 staff and 2000 volunteers across the Tanzania Country Programme. The HR Coordinator will manage the HR team to ensure efficient and high quality staff recruitment, contracts management, orientation, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, policy and labor law compliance, employee engagement and staff care.

The position acts as an HR advisor to the Senior Management Team (SMT). The HR Coordinator reports to the Country Director for Tanzania and the Regional HR Director, who is based in Kenya. The position is a key member of the Senior Management Team, if you have what it takes, apply for the position.
