Job Title: FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

Between 20 and 35 years of age
Achievement of budget food sales, beverage sales and profitability.
Participation and input towards food and beverage marketing activities.
Timely analysis of food and beverage prices in relation to competition.
Preparation of sales promotions and mailings.
Handle all food and beverage inquiries and ensure timely follow up.
Entertainment of potential and existing customers.
To assist in menu planning and pricing.
Assure bar inventory for functions, including open and closing inventories, accurate bar summaries and cash deposits are prepared.
Min 5 years experience
Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management or any related fields
Must be proficient with MS Office and Restaurant Systems
Knowledge of Moshi & Kilimanjaro areas add advantage
Ability to Create and Motivate and effective Team
Must be Passionate and Hard Working
