Major Responsibilities:

-Develop implementation strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with BRAC’s strategies
-Support head office writing proposals and reports with operational input
-Prepare annual operating plan aligned with approved budgets and expenditure, and implement accordingly
-Ensure annual operating plan is aligned with the approved budget and expenditure and implement accordingly
-Analysis of programme outcomes, performance and identification of progress/shortfalls and initiate necessary steps
-Lead decisions in hiring staff, monitor staff performance, undertake staff assessment and take actions/recommend measures
-Initiate innovative pedagogical interventions in the classroom for ensuring learning quality

-Lead DRM responsibilities internally and with external stakeholders (donors and sectors) and represent BRAC in the sector
-Work closely with the Head of Education in Emergencies (EiE) and junior management of BRAC’s education programme
Report to : Jointly reportable to the head of technical lead (based in Cox’s Bazar) and head of education in emergencies (EiE), BRAC Education Programme (BEP), based in BRAC Head Office.
Educational qualification: Masters in any subject from any recognised University with minimum second class in all exams/CGPA 2.5 and above or equivalent
Additional Requirements: Candidates with a very good command in English will be given preference
: Minimum 35 years
: Minimum 3-5 years work experience with refugees is preferable : Negotiable : Cox’s Bazar
