Applications are required by qualified, energetic. Proactive and dynamic Tanzanian staff with experience in human resources management to fill a vacancy in Human Resources.

1.0 Position: Human Resources Manager (1 position)
2.0 Report to: Personnel Manager

3.0 Description of the main work:
Providing personnel and support services to employees and departments of the company.

4.0 main accounts
4.1 Establishment and coordination of the recruiting process for junior staff and executives in cooperation with the Human Resources Department.
4.2 Monitoring of the participation process, including the preparation of employment contracts for newly recruited junior staff.
4.3 Organize and coordinate the integration process of newly hired executives according to TPC procedures.
4.4 Advising relevant departments on Tanzanian labour law, personnel policies and procedures, and other recommended HR practices.
4.5 Disciplinary Support. Preparation of letter of discharge, coordination and participation in disciplinary proceedings following the disciplinary procedure of the TPC.

4.6 Support for the implementation of the personal performance management process in accordance with TPC's Performance Management Policy.
4.7 Preparation of letters of notice/notice letters and severance pay for subordinate staff based on grounds for dismissal and in accordance with applicable labour law or company policy.
4.8 Consult the HR manager with questions related to updating HR policies and procedures.
4.9 Provide administrative support and other necessary support in various HR responsibilities.
4.10 Carry out further work that can be assigned.

Demanding candidates will be motivated, effective, committed and able to work with minimal supervision, strong team spirit, the ability to interact and work effectively with team members and supervisors, and follow instructions. ,

6.0 Personal specifications
Has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management (BHRM or MHRM), Sociology or Business Administration (BAA) or Political Science and Public Administration. A combination of relevant academic qualifications and two years experience in the position of Human Resources Officer
