Air Tanzania Company Limited (ATCL) is modernizing its operations and introducing new machinery to its fleet. This renovation also includes improvement or work environment, facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, the company invites the application of qualified personnel for the following position

POSITION: Estate Officer- 1 Post

The Estate Agent is responsible for ensuring that ATCL's buildings and related facilities operate safely and efficiently and are managed in accordance with appropriate policies, security and best practices; which are kept to the highest possible standards; that the construction projects and the tasks of the service provider are properly monitored and efficiently provided. The ideal candidate should be prepared to respond to emergency work outside normal working hours when necessary to repair and maintain the site's physical facilities. You should also be prepared to monitor the work that you need to do outside normal business hours and days. Flexibility is therefore an essential requirement for the work.

I. He / She must have BSc in Property and Facilities Management; Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), BSc Land Management and Evaluation or equivalent qualification with at least three years experience in relevant positions
ii. Must be registered by the Engineer Registration Office as a Professional Engineer

In particular, the representative of the State is responsible for:
• Planning and administration of the central services of the facilities, such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, disposal and parking.
• Ensure a fast and effective response to errors based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Be responsible for timely implementation and execution of planned preventive maintenance systems.
• Technical advice and contacts to department heads, users and customers at all levels. For cooperation with regulatory authorities, consultants, firefighters, contractors and representatives of companies outside the organization.

• Establish and maintain quality assurance systems to ensure that work is done effectively and efficiently in accordance with applicable standards and procedures.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and other requirements relevant to a safe workplace, and carry out risk assessments for health and safety as needed. Responsible for the implementation of guidelines and procedures in the service area and conducting technical investigations.
• Check building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• Check the consumption of public services and try to minimize costs
• Generate and submit periodic reports and reviews of budgets, finances, contracts, expenses, and facility purchases

3-year contract (renewable)
