IFM  was established by Law # 3 of 1972 to provide education, research and consulting in the banking, insurance, social protection, tax, accounting and related disciplines. , The Institute of Financial Management (IFM) invites qualified Tanzanians to fill the following positions:

1.1 TUTORIAL ASSISTANT - 2 INSURANCE COSTS ( MWANZA Centre )
1.1.2 OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY
I. Teaching aids, research, consulting and project.
ii. Perform tutorials
iii. Understand senior members to acquire skills in training, research and consulting.

1.1.3 QUALIFICATION
University degree or equivalent (with distinction) in insurance in the first or second higher division of at least 3.8 GPA from a recognized university.

1.1.4 REMUNERATION
This position has a salary scale of PHTS 1 and other complementary services according to the incentive system of the institute.

1.2 TUTORIAL ASSISTANT - 1 position in social protection ( MWANZA Centre)
1.2.1 OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
I. Teaching aids, research, consulting and project.
ii. Start the tutorials
iii. Understand senior members to acquire skills in training, research and consulting.

1.2.3 QUALIFICATION
First or equivalent degree (Social Security Award) in the first or second higher grades of at least 3.8 GPA accredited HEIs.

1.2.4 REMUNERATION
This position has a salary scale of PHTS 1 and other complementary services according to the incentive system of the institute.

1.3 ASSISTANT LECTURERS - 1 POST IN SOCIAL PROTECTION (MWANZA CENTRE)
1.3.1 OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY
(i) organizing conferences, research, tutoring seminars;
(ii) prepare case studies;
(iii) work with senior officials on specific projects such as research and advice;
(iv) supervising student projects.

1.3.2 QUALIFICATIONS
A master's degree in the relevant field of studies from recognized higher education institutions with a minimum degree in social protection or sociology of the minimum average of 3.8.

1.3.3 REMUNERATION
This post has a PHTS 2 salary scale and other complementary benefits under the Institute Incentive Plan.

1.4 ASSISTANT LECTURERS - 1 POST IN BANKING (MWANZA CENTRE)
1.4.1 OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY
(i) organizing conferences, research, tutoring seminars;
(ii) prepare case studies;
(iii) work with senior officials on specific projects such as research and advice;
(iv) supervising student projects.

1.4.2 QUALIFICATIONS
A master's degree in the relevant field of study from recognized colleges with a first degree in banking and finance with an average of at least 3.8.

1.4.3 SALARY
This post has a PHTS 2 salary scale and other complementary benefits under the Institute Incentive Plan.

vii. THE RESULTS OF FORM IV AND VI ARE NOT STRICTLY ACCEPTED
viii. Testimonies, sub-protocols, and summaries of the results will not be accepted.
ix. Submission of forged academic credentials and other information in the CV requires legal action.
X. Applicants for management positions who are currently employed in the civil service must send their letter of application through their respective employers.
xi. Applicants at entry levels who are currently employed in the civil service may not apply; they must comply with the Government letter. CAC. 45/257/01 / D / 140 of 30 November 2010.
xii. Applicants who have left the civil service for whatever reason should not apply.

xiv. Certificates from foreign universities must be reviewed by the Tanzania Universities Commission (TCU)
